You will have a clear and consistent communication with your District Manager through regular check-ins and weekly meetings. Together, we’ll align on priorities, especially around event planning at Islands Brygge, to ensure smooth execution and strong results.


JOB SUMMARY

Position title: Bar Manager

Reports to: District Manager


As a Bar Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation through effectively sparring with your Regional Manager. You will adhere to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, risk, and compliance structures. By having a full overview of your store and leading your team members you will ensure efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products.


Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which you are able to lead and develop a highly engaged team, where all operational in-store requirements are followed in order to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests. Ultimately you are accountable for meeting the cost budget, reaching the store’s sales targets, and 4-Wall EBITDA through existing and new company initiatives.

PEOPLE SKILLS


Value-Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.

Employee Engagement: Develop and motivate your team through development plans and feedback, in-store training, meetings, and securing engagement through inclusion, and social activities.

Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations in your local community, in accordance with our brand behavior principles and hereby increase overall guest loyalty.


OPERATIONAL SKILLS


Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing both local and company hygiene, health, and safety standards to achieve the highest store rating.

Shift Planning and Structures: Ensure store shift plan and workflow are optimal and in accordance with Daily Concept Workflow and Team Positioning.

Stock Handling: Full ownership of stock handling, counting, and ordering to ensure optimal inventory.

Performance Management: Accountable for building sales and optimizing store 4-Wall EBITDA.


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS


Operational Requirements: Hygiene standards, pest and fire safety control, and overall store compliance

Employee Engagement: Employee engagement, training completion, and employee turnover.

Guest Satisfaction: Returning guests, app conversions*, complaints, waiting time, product availability, store audits.

Store Performance: Sales target, waste, DOC, productivity, and 4-wall EBITDA.
